¹ Under sub-clause 2 (b) of the Constitution “ The Executive Officers ( President, Vice-President and Honorary Secretary) shall be elected from within the the existing Committee and their names as accepted by the Committee shall be placed before the AGM for approval “

Clause 3. The Election of the Committee

“ A list of names together with the names of their Proposers and Seconders shall be communicated via electronic means 7 days before AGM”.
